2009
KSMT hosted a memorial event to commemorate Sakshi Nayar on December 01, 2009 at the Palm Court and Amphitheatre, Habitat Centre, New Delhi, India . The event included presentation of the Kala Sakshi Art Scholarships 2009 and showcase works of Sakshi Nayar. Exceptional works of young talent from the world of Indian art was on display at this event, as well as selected works of reputed artist, Kavita Nayar and the works of three awardees was shown alongside.
A short film on Sakshi by Ms. Bidisha Roy Das on Sakshi was shown in the amphitheatre on the same evening.

Interviews were held on the 1st of Nov.2009 for Kala Sakshi Art Scholarships. On the board of the Jury were eminent artists Anjolie Ela Menon, K.S.Radhakrishnan & CEO of Milinda Bill Gates foundation Mr. Ashok Alexander.
